Hello,
I'm currently in my honeymoon type 1 as my doctor said, 19 years old, got my last A1c at 5.4%(off insulin completly since october).
I usually have fastings between 70s and low 90s, sometimes as low as 65,66 or as high as 95-100.
I recently started testing at "irregular times"(randomly after meals, after exercise etc.)
Usually my 45min-1hour after meal readings are below 100(sometimes as low as low 80s'), 2 hours mostly below 100. I eat 2 snacks of 25-30 ish carbs(fruits, nosugar sweets, nuts etc) and around 50-60 carbs per meal). However during my random testing I've found some irregularities I'll list below.
After breakfast: 400ml milk+ 3 toasts and some olives at 45 mins i was at 132, but 45 mins after that(1hr30 after meal) i was back at 82.
And also today after lunch( 500grams of cream soup of around 8-9 carbs/100g+ almette(5 carbs), some mushrooms and some low carb pasta with creamy cheese(around 7-10 carbs) i was at 128 at 35 mins, but I started doing my workout of weight lifting and after 40 more minutes i was at 84.
Are those variations ok?

All numbers are in the non diabetic range, according to this article. A few are a little lower, which is normal in non diabetics and only of concern if you are having trouble with the lower numbers or if you are on glucose lowering medication like insulin or Gliclazide.
