Hello

I've been reading a few threads and people ask such things as "how to keep insulin cold"....which leads me to think I'm not doing things right....My insulin pens are in the fridge, then when I use one for the first time, it then doesn't live in the fridge, but on my desk..... is this wrong?

Thanks for any advice

Yes you are right. You should keep insulin in the fridge until you need a new pen, which you can then keep at room temperature for up to 30 days. There will be storage and use temperatures on the pack insert.
