I convert that to 9.4 mmol, so a 'little' high, reading from the same conversion table the ideal numbers to aim at are around 90-130mg/dl.
But whether or not to correct (in my opinion but not a medical fact) would depend where you are on your basal injection, when you last ate, what you ate and how much fast acting insulin you've got left 'onboard'.
It's slightly higher than normal, but depending on how much insulin you injected and how long after eating the test is, you may still have insulin on board to correct the level. What advice has your doctor given you?
Over correcting when you still have short acting insulin in play can lead to hypos....
