Am I the only one that has this symptom?

The best Google I could find was one that describes what happens after gastric bypass surgery. I know you have not had the op. But it describes the condition a lot better than I could.
The similarities between gastric dumping syndrome and RH are very similar, the symptoms and treatment. The site I read particularly advised very low carb and good fats.

Best wishes

That is the website I read!

Chicken thighs are the fattiest part of the chicken, so I imagine much would depend what you put into it.

That said, I don't own an air fryer, so I'm just applying my own brand of logic, which could easily be flawed.

So.... the saga and mystery continues, and the plot thickens (feeling really angry and depressed right now but trying to keep a sense of humor). Usually when I make bacon and eggs on the weekend I am starving an hour later. Today I experimented by eating a lot less eggs and a lot more bacon. Didn't get hungry, had energy all day, felt great, great mood. Went 7 hours on that bacon and eggs and then hubby and I got hungry so we had dinner. All I ate was about 6 ounces of pork belly and 6 chicken wings. No vegetables, no nothing. Just fatty meat. 30 minutes later, stomach was rumbling, felt hungry, felt slightly anxious, got a mild headache, and a very stuffy head and nose. I have NO IDEA what I did wrong with my dinner. And the headache and stuffy nose is a new on to me but I had it all day yesterday, too, after my morning BG crash (if that's what it was).

I think I'm going to need to accept that my fate in this lifetime is to keep stumping the doctors and myself by continually developing new challenges to get through this life. But geez..... really? Can the Universe cut me a little slack? I've been battling issues since I was 6 years old.... time for a reprieve, please?
