Amoxicillin

Have had major chest infection so hospital a&e put me on 2x500gm four times a day and now blood sugar is going low so fast so will this continue

I had tonsillitis and was on penicillin antibiotics. My blood sugars were a bit up and down but not too bad, however I haven't been diagnosed for too long. Mine went low quite a bit as I wasn't eating very much
