An interesting article from the Express!

I read about cinnamon recently and decided to give it a try. I started taking it just over 2 weeks ago. Here are my daily average blood sugars. Coincidence I don’t know?!

Are the higher ones (before cinnamon) higher than normal for you due to your foot problems? In other words, have you simply returned to where you were before you were in hospital, or are these post cinnamon ones a lot lower than normal?

The pre cinnamon averages on the graph were higher than before my op etc in December... They had come down nearly back to ‘my’ normal but had plateaued, so I thought I’d try and give them a nudge. I don’t know if, as I say, it’s coincidence and they would have come down anyway. I’m going to finish the bottle then see what happens when I stop taking them!
