And another one! Hi

Hi,
My name is Sharon. I am 46 and was diagnosed with Type 2 about 14 months ago.
It’s taken a back seat as just after I lost my Mum and Dad within 10 months of each other.
I’m starting to feel a bit better about that now, so I think I need to concentrate on understanding and coping with the diabetes.
Anyway, I thought I would start by joining this forum as it looks to be very friendly and informative.

Wow you've had a tough time, everyone on here is supportive, just take it easy and try to absorb as much info as possible. Keep checking your meter readings that'll help inform you what you can eat, or not! good luck!
