Can anyone suggest, and this may sound odd, but what can I drink?

I have one cup of decaf coffee every morning, as I've cut out caffeine completely (have heart disease, and MS, as well as this new one) I've cut out diet drinks as cannot tolerate sweeteners, yuk!!
Doesn't really leave a lot does it, I tend to drink water, with the smallest amount of high juice in it just to change the taste now and again.

Any advice welcome.

Thanks again

Would sugar-free squash be ok? And the new sugar free soft drinks taste far more like the standard types now, I think maybe they use a different sweetener or something? ie coke zero tastes more like normal coke than diet coke does.

How about fruit and herbal teas? You can drink them cold or hot, you can add slices of fruit and ice cubes and they are probably a lot healthier than sugar free squash or diet fizzy drinks that are all sweetened with artificial sweeteners. There are so many different flavours around and are caffeine free.

All the best

You can dilute fresh fruit juice with water. In fact it makes a refreshing drink. Try my favourite store, Lidl, they have a huge variety of juices. Dilute with tap water or fizzy mineral. Of course you can just drink the fizzy.
