Animas pump help needed

Hi my daughter has an animas pump priviously funded through ormskirk hospital. Ormskirk didn't teamsters unsung from children's to adults an thmessed her transition up. She has now trans Freres to Trafford general though probably going to be trans to Manchester Royal Infermory. Not had funding for 5 months due to this and as Medtronic have taken over animas products her account has disappeared she need cartigas but Trafford have said can't help as not got pump clinic appointment untill 19.03.19 were do Wego she's not has an injection for 7years and no one seems bothered. Where should we go........

Sorry to read about the problems you and your daughter have had with your hospitals.

From what I understand, due to the mistakes made when you daughter "became an adult" the pump management was not transferred. Now she needs some new pump supplies and there is no account to provide this.
I assume you have spoken to DexCom and explained the situation?
I had an issue with them when they said they did not have details of previous orders but when I pushed them they found these details.
I would contact Trafford where she has her upcoming pump appointment and demand they take responsibility now. An appointment should not be needed to continue her current treatment.
