Animas Vibe / Diasend Problem HELP PLEASE!!

I have changed this year to an Animas Vibe pump .... from Medtronic as this Animas is waterproof (which is working really well whilst I am swimming training) HOWEVER I cannot get the pump / diasend to read all the information. I received yesterday a new pump from Animas, but the very helpful lady on the phone said that even with a new pump I only had 50/50 chance of it working!?!?!? Having been wearing the new pump for over 24 hours I have tried this evening to download the pump information using the diasend cable but again I am getting exactly the same problem. The lead connects up to my computer with a tick against 1. connect the cable to your computer, then placing the pump as instructed to the head of the wireless download cable I get nothing else. I have even several times deleted the diasend software from my computer, then reloaded it.
Please can I ask Animas Vibe pumpers to help with this problem I have?

I have the Vibe and, like you, have trouble uploading to Diasend.
The cable has to be perfectly lined up with the pump and held in place.

Hi Helen thank you so much for replying .... does the green light come on again when it connects up .... how near do they need to be ..... have you mastered it now or is it a continuin
