Well pleased, had results from my annual review, Hba1c 34 and Cholesterol down from 6.5 to 5.4, I have stuck to LCHF diet with only approx. 40g carbs per day.

That's great, Ian. What was your last HbA1c like ? Nice to see the cholesterol come down too. Sounds like your efforts are really paying off and putting you in control. Well done, mate.
