    Being a bit less obsessed with my testing and less strict with my diet these days but still managing reasonable levels.
    A bit dud. Levels up due to complications with transplant and infection. Had been under 7mmols too! I think it's what's called a setback.
    Despite sneaking in the odd croissant or pain chocolat in the am, my latest HbA1c is still 43 as it was 6 months ago. Nice.
    Wee dinner rolls are forcing themselves in the back door of my LCHF diet...swines! Have you no heart, you wee delicious, crusty gits?
    Bran Flakes sneak up on me when I am not looking - other than that doing well on LCHF.

    Finally met with diabetes consultant. Much better than expected. Likes my approach and low carb diet. All good.
    I'd ask Santa for lower BS, but he only exists as a corruption of pagan deities used to sell goods to homo consumerus. What?.
    Trying Gliclazide again now that carbs are well under control, and experimenting with bitter melon

    I would be very interested in knowing how the bitter melon pans out. I tried it a few weeks ago but it did not seems to make a difference; maybe I needed to take it for a longer time than I did.
