Another low carb goodie

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I wrote about Matzos and how delicious, but since I can't really cope with Tesco( too big) I have been looking around at my local small Co-op ( ten minutes walk from home) I found an old favourite Water biscuits! only 5.6g carbs per biscuit and they crunch. They are 73% carb, but they don't weigh much.

Would that be Rakusen's by any chance - they have always been a favourite of mine. Have you come across this website? They seem to specialise in low-carb goodies, including several types of crackers.

The Matzos are Rakusens, but the water biscuits are Carr's and available everywhere
