I panicked and thought that if i had one drink i would die  :lol: Took advice off here and scarily went out with my mates for a drink and armed with my testing kit. My blood sugar did go down but not enough to panic and I had alcohol then a soft drink etc. I also have a glass of red with my meals so all is not lost.</p></blockquote><p></p>
