Hi there
I had the phone call yesterday saying that my levels after the GTT were above normal so I now need to see the specialist team next week, my head is spinning as I'm trying to digest all the information I've been reading up on
can someone have a look at the meal ideas I've come up with & let me know if I'm on the right track?
breakfast;
porridge & blueberries
wholemeal/burgen toast with toms/mushrooms/sliced boiled egg etc
scrambled eggs with/toms/mushrooms/peppers/ham
weetabix with milk
yogurt & fruit
smoothie
lunch;
soup
salad with chicken/cheese
dinner;
spag bol (using wholemeal spaghetti) with large side salad
chicken or pork with large portion of steamed veggies
casserole with pulses or grains & lots of steamed veggies
snacks;
yogurt
nuts
raw veggies
Many thanks in advance
