Your target blood glucodse should be below 7 as above that, complications may start to develop.</p><p> You should also have HBa1c test done and a retina check.</p><p> My favourite book in the subjet idd Dr. Bernstein's diabetes Solution. TRy the library firdt. it'd not cheap. And Collins Little Gem Calorie guide ( will give you carb values) this one is veery cheap and small enough for a pocket.</p><p> Any questions</p><p>Just ask. someone will have the answer.
