Hi all. I'm a 30-year-old Type 1 diabetic from the South Wales Valleys - diagnosed on 16th January, 2009 - I recently wrote about how I came to be a type 1 diabetic on my personal blog and have since - proudly - received some touching messages from other diabetics who can relate to my story.
