A good question. I had read that also, but always wondered how to measure it. I recently consulted a very nice doctor about possible sleep apnea and she said that I didn't look anything like 64. LOL Does that count?Does anyone feel they are experiencing the anti-aging effects of metformin. And in what way.
I also wonder if it's a stupid question?
Yes I recently turned 49 made people guess my age they said 40 to 45 only one said 49.A good question. I had read that also, but always wondered how to measure it. Lol.I would need to seriously o/d to bring my looks into line with my ageI may no longer have the body of a space hopper, but still have the face of a walnut
I wouldn't have called her a very nice doctor if she had said older. She actually said and I quote "You don't look a day over 45". I don't know how I got my big fat head out the door. I was smiling for hours, possibly inanely, but who cares, it was a compliment. You omit to tell us how old she thought you were, or whether she thought you were younger
