Surely every drug addresses only the physiological aspects of a symptom or condition, and not the psychological ones....that's thier job.

IMO a course of action which initially uses a drug therapy combined with a lifestyle change can be very effective.

IMHO the psychology of why a person is overeating and their relationship with food is equally important and although the weight is going down it is not getting to the root cause of why the person overeats. If the tablets were stopped then the weight may pile back on again.
