I know this is a forum for diabetes and it's been so helpful to me so far but this is too good not to share!
I just stumbled across this guy when I was looking for ways to deal with my own anxiety and occasional (but horrid when they happen) panic attacks.
This is not the usual, "just relax" type advice. He holds a few key ways of helping you understand how and why we end up feeling panicky when we are prone to this, and I've only watched this first video of his and already I feel like I can see the situation differently enough that I might be able to side step feeling bad if another one is brewing.
Worth viewing if you suffer from this.
