This is because by the 4th week of each month the suppression of diet does ease off. I have suffered no detrimental side effects except the intended loss of appetite and feeling full after smaller meals. I have changed by diet, I no longer snack (not hungry) eat more fruit and have lost over a stone in weight and my sugar levels, cholesterol, blood pressure and kidney functions are now within acceptable zones. I have this monitored by the practice nurse and receive the jabs on the NSH so don’t have to pay. This may not suit everyone, but it has changed me and my outlook on food, physical activity and enjoy wearing smaller sized clothes.</blockquote>
