[QUOTE="Deleted member 45091, post: 2506869"] Hi thanks for replies, yep it's pure hit and miss at the moment, I know exercise would benefit me loads but at the minute I am too exhausted all the time to do much, also have had severe panic attacks and anxiety.over many years just struggle now in general, not been at work in over 15 years and sort of fell through the cracks and avoided more and more as the years have gone by. As before when it does come down its fast, so been trying to eat less carbs and less insulin but just making me feel rubbish, I suppose I should be alot more positive and clued up after 31 years of it, just really struggling at the minute and I know there is new technology out there, and iam not blaming anyone but the services people can access are different in different areas etc. But last night had a few correctional doses every few hours maybe 2/3 units at a time and it didn't touch it, then sometimes I've had a few units in the day and it comes down fast, so Iam not sleeping either, Iam on all sorts of stuff to keep my eye in a stable condition while have another op next week, but think the medication iam on is impacting my diabetes and makes me feel awful most of the day, but at the minute it's giving me the best outcome for my eye and eventually I may come off alot of the medication, so I am also abit reluctant to change insulin again, when I come off alot of the stuff Iam on things might improve abit.
