any tips on evening no carb

I am currently trying to reduce my carbs from about 70 -80 to 50, I thought it would be a good way for me to have 25 breakfast 25 lunch at midday, then a no carb snack at 2pm and then a no or very very low carb meal at about 4pm/5pm becuase my system seems to really be very sluggish from about 4pm onwards. my question is if i am fasting overnight having eating hardly any carbs at 4pm/5pm and not eating anything after this time, am I causing a problem? liver dump? should I be eating a snack with carbs before bed? a snack without carbs? should I eat after 4pm if my system brings down my bg incredibly slowly after this time. I just wondered if anyone had any tips or anything that works for them that I could try. I know I could go for a walk but I work very hard all day from 6am sometimes and I just dont think I can manage this. thankyou
 
Since people vary so much, I'd suggest that you try it and monitor BGs while you are doing it.
