My sugars in the morning-afternoon are perfectly normal and in a good range between 4-8 but for some reason lately in the evening bedtime, they are rising. I don't think it's the food I have to eat because it hasn't done this before I am using an insulin pump aswell </3
 
Sounds like it's time for a reassessment of your basal rates @Type1Lad.
Thank you was going to do that but I'm nervous never done it yet :P
Do a basal test, if your bg levels rises in the absence of food then you need to adjust your basal rate 1-2 hours before the rise, have a look at the following which explains what to do on a basal test:
