Hello all - I come on the forum every week or so, and find that I get really hungry after reading most of the posts :lol: I was wondering if anyone else experienced this and what snacks do you indulge in. After just reading the porridge post, I'm really craving porridge!
Still consider myself newly diagnosed (since December 2010) and already I'm finding it hard to keep testing so often. But I still struggle with having markedly different readings day to day when I've eaten the same thing! Do you think that being a woman of a certain age has something to do with it?
Being a woman of a certain age myself yes I find it does effect my bg control. When I am premenstrual, my levels are higher and 'spikier' and slower to come back down after eating and there are times now when this seems to go on for several weeks and not just two.................
