Anyone else notice exercise improves vision?

Ok so not diagnosed diabetic. Just trying to put some puzzles together. Anywho i have blurry vision pretty much all the time and food tends to worsen it. I have a very hard time seeing fine details. I also have poor night vision. Ive noticed that when i exercise the pain, discomfort and blurred vision improve and wondered do diabetics notice the same?

Blured vision is pretty common with high blood sugars, and also with improved blood sugars.
Have you been to a doctor to test for diabetes?
