Anyone get chilblains ?

Anyone else get or had chilblains on your feet ?

Been told this can be autoimmune - large breakout of chilblains .
Well remember my worst break out of these - aged only 7 years old .

How have you treated these ?

I only get these during the winter months .
So itchy and painful though .

I do. I have Raynauds. I don't know if there is a way to treat them. I was advised to keep temperature changes to a minimum. Generally try to keep my feet warm all the time. I wear heat holder socks, or I now have a pair of skechers chugga boots which are furry inside. If your feet are cold, warm them up slowly, that sort of thing really. Sometimes when my feet are like blocks of ice, I know they wont warm up on their own so I use a hot water bottle, but again try to warm them slowly.
