Hi
I'be been on insulin since jan this year and started off at 10 units daily. My target has been to achieve a consistent before breakfast reading of 7.0. Unfortunatley, I havent achieved this but the last two weeks is now averaging 9 (from 10). I've been increasing my dosage by 2 units daily as instructed by my nurse and I'm now taking 60 units does this mean this is the maximum dosage? if not, this means I'll have to have 2 injections as the pen has max dosage of 60 units.
I just wondered if anyone is in the same boat?

PS I would add that I also take other diabetes medication.
