Anyone on the implant?

So as wonderful as Holly is, I don't want anymore children for quite a while!

Because of this I'm considering having the implant, I like the idea that it lasts for 3 years and once it's in j don't need to do anything or think about taking any pills (I have the memory of a goldfish!) so I was wondering if anyone else has it and whether it had any effect on your bgs?

And any other info anybody has would be good too.

I was on this when I was about 18-20 and it was ok. I didn't notice any change in bgs. I didn't like it for other reasons but had not bg effects! X X X

On my second one now. Sugars good. When they took the old one out it was a bit weird having doc rummage around in my arm but all ok. No periods so that probably helps with numbers too.
