Isn't it? I'm also trying to find something to put my mind at ease about eating sat fats, as I've recently transitioned from low fat to LCHF.

GRADE is not a recognised term in statistical analysis. I think what it means is that they had a sitdown around the table and determined their own scoring methods and weightings to apply to their results,, similar to what happens in A Levels to determine the PASS / FAIL grades. Since they do not publish what these grades are, then it will be impossible for independant analysers to evaluate or even make sense of their results. This was a ploy used by the pharmaceutical industry to skew their results using the now banned PETO methodology. Since 2009 reports using statistics must not use this type of hidden weighting systems since it is open to bias.
