Anyone seen/used these? Chinese pumps.

Has anyone any experience with these insulin pumps? Wonder if they would be any good or more likely land me in A+E?
I've bought other stuff in bulk from China and the quality has always been as expected or better. I'm not thinking for resale the pump , just for one for myself. http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/81666 ... _CSII.html

Looks like there are a lot of 'accessories' with this pump...what is that big white thing?!

Also, something to consider would be the cost of the consumables - would you purchase these from the same people?!
