Agreed, I always download the appropriate language before going abroad so that it works offline, the camera feature is brilliant for menus etc.PS Google translate is a marvellous invention!
Out for breakfast in our hotel are these pots of yoghourt. This one was mango flavoured. Made by Mimosa it would seem and only 4.8 grams per 100 grams of carbs. The breakdown of fat, protein and carbs appears to be distinct. But I was wondering what the rest of the blurb on the pot says, particularly if it is nutrition related.

PS - no full fat greek yoghourt on offer.
There are other yoghourts out for breakfast. Some with fat content but also more in the way of carbs. So went for these in the photos, with the lowest carb percentages. They are quite nice and I don’t think I have seen similar in the UK. I had streaky bacon with omelette beforehand so I ate some fat that way.5.8g carbs per pot, all of which is sugar. Fat free though...
Thanks. ( I knew about “sal” as in saline )Per 100 grams
lipidos = lipids = fats 0.2g
saturados = saturated = 0.1g
hidratos de carbono = carbohydrates = 4.8g
dos quais acucares = of which sugars = 4.8g
proteinas = protein = 4.4g
sal = salt = 0.15g
vitaminas e sais minerals = vitamins and mineral salts
riboflavina = riboflavin
vitimina B12 = vitamin B12
calcio = calcium
fosforo = phosphorous
iodo = iodine
I only had to double check "sais" meant salts.
So the main constituent seems to be sugar, closely followed by protein.
However at 4.4g per 100g it seems fine for a low carbohydrate meal.
