Anyone taking Solgar "Gentle Iron" or have done in the past ?

I need to bump my haemoglobin and RBC count up a bit. Would appreciate to hear of others experiences, either positive or negative.

Spatone is supposedly gentle on the system and supposedly doesn't constipate you. Not cheap though.
