I heard about this plant extract Garcinia Cambogia over Christmas and was wondering if anyone had tried it?

The penny sale is on at Holland and Barrett and I was thinking I might give it a go, as I've put weight on over xmas...

I'll be going back to keeping my carbs down starting Jan 4th...
