Some members find the app 'Myfitnesspal' useful.

I use MFP -its generally very good, also quite easy and free
Only problem I find is because it goes across multiple countries and the nutrition data is largely inputted by members there can be a problem in data not being accurate as different countries count carbs in different ways ( some deduct the fibre, others dont)
I find I can unually get around the problem by inputing the name of a uk store in front of the food item ( eg Sainsburys avocado, waitrose cherry tomatoes etc) so that way only the uk entries and data format comes up

I use Carbs & Cals app only cost me approx £3.50 but is very good at keeping track of your daily carb, protein, fat & calorie intake.

You can track your carbs on the free MySugr but it doesn't have a database - you need to add the carbs in manually after calculating them yourself

I also use cards and cals. It is really easy.
I record my blood levels and food diary. It really helps me stay on track..... finally. .
