Do you mean for a smartphone to track levels, doses, food etc. @nessa1970?

There are a few out there - One Drop and MySugr are notable ones which work on Android and iOS devices.

No it was another one that I think @ juicy j had mentioned
 
Hi Nessa - Diaconnect was the one that I used for a while as you can download the reports and email them to your healthcare team if required.
