Has anyone given this a try and if so does it work (reduce blood sugar). If so which brand did you use as there are so many on the internet.

Well vinegar dressings can lower the gi content of a meal and so reduce postprandial spikes, is this what your referring too :?
 
I believe people take it before bedtime to reduce their fasting reading in the morning. I'm trying to find out how much to take and the best time to take it. Some real examples would be helpful :)
