Yesterday i read some where that Apple Cider Vinegar taken for supper lowers your fasting blood sugar so i thought I would give it a go...I had two tablespoons of the vinegar with a piece of cheese grated and this morning my fasting level was 6.6 THIS is a first for me so I am passing on my finding to you in here to see if others have tried this as well....If not try it and see like I did I am well pleased with the result

Hi @Patsy B. I saw the same on this forum, but I don't think I could just drink it with or without cheese! Vinegar is supposed the be good for many things so I've read, including use as a bactericide. I think someone on the forum used it with manuka honey as a cold remedy.

Thats spooky. I just bought some. Im thinking of using it in my coleslaw. I don't think I could just drink it.

Good stuff I think. I use it for salad dressing with olive oil, lemon juice and xylitol -- makes it sharp and sweet all at the same time. Also add a dash in the tray with roasting veg. Also with fresh mint and xylitol for mint sauce.
I've just started experimenting with a sweetener beyond the occasional cake mixture.
