That's great but further on in the list it says to go low sodium and as we know once you get away from all processed rubbish and get low carb/keto we do need a bit more salt.
Sums up what I do pretty well. Number 10 would be a nice reward for doing what's necessary to lose weight, just isn't that straight forward. I'm careful with salt as well and personally don't add salt unless I want swollen ankles meaning I can't get my shoes on. Takes all sorts.
