anyone know the glucose content of apples?as they seem to help with my bp,but not sure about the glucose content

Different varieties have different amounts of sugar, I like my apples crisp and tart - Braeburns by choice. The sugar content will also vary with how ripe/overripe something is.

Best thing to do is work out how something affects you by testing after you have eaten it.

As Spiral says different Apples have different amounts. My favourites are Pink Lady's.
Always crisp, sweet and juicy wherever they come from. Eat the skin as well, it slows down the absorption of the sugars in the digestive system.

The nutritional information is as follows. 1 Apple around 125g.
Kcal.......50
Protein...0.4
Carbs....11.7
Fat..... 0.1
Fibre... 1.8
