She is disgusted with my lack of care with consultants etc but i am now seeing her every 2 weeks! So fingers crossed things should be looking up

So no problems for you???I've been using Tresiba for over a year now and find it very flat compared to Lantus or Levemir. There is a high strength version of it but I expect that you'll just have the normal strength u100 version, unless you are very insulin-resistant.
