hi
i will be seeing an endocrinologist for the first time since
my diagnosis of several years ago

i would like to know what prepararions
do i need to make
what kinds of questions they may ask
what kind of info. they need

Remember, the appointment is for you not the endocrinologist.
So, if I was in your situation, the preparations I would make would be to work out what I want from the appointment: what questions do you want to ask? What addition help do you want? Have you read about any treatment that needs support from your health care team?

Apart from that, be prepared to explain how you manage your diabetes and any issues that you have.

A good endocrinologist should be willing help and not make your life difficult.

its hard because i didnt request the appt
dont necessarily want it
but would like to know what to expect
so when i called to make the appt
they said to bring in a weeks worth
of readings
so hopefully im in and out quick

You may not have requested it but that is no reason not to embrace it and get what you want out of it.
My previous post still stands: prepare questions that you have, ask for additional treatment, technology, training, ...
