In some people it does have a small impact on blood sugar.I used it for a while when I ate weetabix but stopped using it when i gave up eating weetabix. It did seem to work for me though.

Thanks for your considerable contribution to my post , by pointing out the level of my grammar. It must fill you with a tremedous amount of self satisifaction that you have helped me ( a diabetis suffered) overcome my anxiety about my diet , by pointing out the level of my grammar. Im sure this will help me understand how i can reduce my sugar levels . Where would the forum be without you?

IF we are being judged on grammar I may as well shoot myself in head now,
but before I do I would like to know where you buy the cinnamon powder
thanks :D

Sainsburys! Although it tends to be a bit more cost effective if you go to an Asian shop to buy it.

The guy who did the research used the stuff you put in food. Nothing fancy or from a pharmaceutical company. If you like the taste (I do), go for it :D

I wasn't really, of course, I was more highlighting that you were SHOUTING at someone who had just tried to help you. Life is not easy if you are constantly angry with everyone; I agree about that.

What people are saying is you have to try the stuff for yourself and it may help, it may not....
