Anonymous, you would be better off spooning table sugar into a glass of water and drinking that. I am not kidding.

IMHO the main issue is that you will casually drink a lot more in juice than you'd eat in the form of fruit - e.g. you need 4 oranges for one cup of juice, and you probably wouldn't eat 4 oranges with your breakfast.So having read through this tread - today I jumped form 12.2 to 20.2after dring a glass of orange juice - are you saying eating fruit is also bad for a diabetic?
Strawberries ? rasberries ? blue berries ?
What about my favorite drink - diel coke ?
