diabetic type 2 on gliclazide 80mg and metformin 750mg

my doc says sugars risen..........was 43 last year
today 44 mmol
what is that in the olden reading ?

Under 48mmol is a good reading but your reading is rising which isn't so good.
Have you changed your diet since diagnosis
