Too many to mention:
Been a little while since I have wrote any thing on the forum.
At the moment I think I am doing okay - cut out all the food I shouldn't eat and I have lost around 8 kilo & everybody has been noticing it. ( I work hard and I feel fine )
I am always around 5.5 before I have eat my dinner- and 2 hours later I am always around 8,5 ( I take one Metformin tablet with breakfast and dinner )
I am quite happy with this - but are my readings okay?

Congratulations on the improvements and weight loss!

I believe the common levels people prefer is an increase of 2, 2 hours after eating. There could be some improvement therefore to your post meal levels maybe but they seem within recommended guidance

as us T2s generally aren’t recommended to do our own testing it is likely you do t have a healthcare recommendation outside of your hba1c. do you know how that is?
