I can have root vegetables without any problems according to my meter (puds excluded).The word derailed has come up a few times in our humor threads. I now think we are getting our advice a little on the wrong track with regard to the long term journey copping with diabetes. My point is we all have a heart to look after as well as our diabetes.</blockquote>
