They are either going up or going down. I used to take a long walks along the riverside or just hiking in some parks and random places. I used to walk for hours around the city but recently I have been shielding and leaving house only for grocery shopping. Is it safe to go for a walk or is it better to stay home and wait to get the vaccine or wait when everything settles down? I could do exercise at home but I have no equipment and not much space so there is not much I can do at home</p></blockquote><p></p>
