Are there any carbs in fresh air?

I like the bit at the end where the cat decides to have a go at the dog as well!

That's what we thought.
Our cat is called izzzi and the reason we got lumbered with her was when my son-in-law got her, he soon found out he was allergic to cats.
however we love her and spoil her to bits.

I have tried every way known to man woman and even cat ! to try to lower my fasting BG s .Now I just don't test because the stress puts them up more than ever GRR

What do your health people say regarding your BG's or are they "not bothered" if you know what mean.
I just come back to the fact, we are all different.
 
M Hba1c is usually about 7 so there is only me to worry
