All very true. But to those of us eating down at the sub 50g, or even those sub 20g levels, it sounds a lot. I guess it all is a matter of perspective.
I don’t actually find it hard to get the various levels in perspective. I know some do. The bottom line is that the 100 to 130 grams per day that I eat are considerably less than before my dietary change in February,
 
I after diagnosis went very low carb of late though I have relaxed that and now allow myself upto 100 grams of carb per day though I very seldom reach that level have been averaging about 50 - 60 grams with odd days at about 80 if that makes sense MySugr app at present is predicting a HbA1c of 34 I'm happy with that.
